So we're posting black and white photos huh?
#CHALLENGEACCEPTED As I continue to be nominated by many wonderful #women, I am reminded of the #powerful force we can be when we are a united front. While these challenges can seem to not serve a real purpose at times, I think it’s important to remember what we are really capable of when we #standtogether.
That being said, I’ve accepted this challenge with motive behind it and I am compelled to say: ARREST THE COPS WHO KILLED #BreonnaTaylor & REGISTER TO VOTE.
In solidarity with women around the world let’s continue to use our platform and voices for effective activism that uplifts our communities.
➡️ Get on the phone and demand the cops who killed Breonna Taylor are arrested, convicted, and sentenced.
• Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer: (502) 574 2003
• Special Prosecutor, Attorney General Daniel Cameron: Call 502-696-5300
• Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear: Call 502-564-2611
• Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney Thomas Wine: Call 502-595-2300
➡️ Make sure you #registertovote! You may not agree with any of the candidates but remember it isn’t just the president we are voting for and it’s imperative to let our voices be heard. If you live in a closed state remember you need to update your political party so that you can #vote for the candidate within your desired party.
Know that I’ve got nothing but love for all the women posting their fabulous black & white photos but let’s also remember to continue to uplift one another as we use our voices toward a more #diverse and #inclusive future!
