Know Your Worth

“Because one believes in oneself, one doesn’t try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn’t need others’ approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her." - Lao Tzu

We talk about “knowing your worth” but sometimes we struggle defining what that means for ourselves because we tend to base it on how others define it for us. I challenge you to change that perception by seeing yourself the way God (or whoever you define as a higher being) sees you.

Finding myself through my spiritual walk has been an eye opening experience- one that has taken a lot of prayer, a lot of healing, and a lot of time, and I’m still not finished. It’s a process that continues as it grows and strengthens you.

Through this process you begin to understand and redefine what your worth

means to you. Through faith, humility, and trust I began to see myself the way God sees me. As imperfect as we are, in His eyes we are worthy of the purest form of love, kindness, compassion, and mercy.

Knowing your worth means that regardless of what others think they see, you know who you are, what you deserve, what drives your passion, and what fuels your soul. It is concept no one can change or take away from you. It becomes a power within you that radiates for the world to see. So keep shining honey!
